I need a special cross country buggy?
No, all workouts take place on paths so a regular buggy is suitable
I have just had a baby – can I exercise straight away?
As soon as you have had the OK from your doctor – usually 6 weeks after a natural delivery or 10 weeks after a C-Section.
Will the instructor take into account the fact that I have just had a baby?
All the instructors are able to offer post natal workouts and will be able to offer you specific advice on what you can and can’t do.
What if my baby cries during the session?
Usually babies enjoy the walk and the interaction that takes place during the workout but should your baby cry, then this workout enables you to drop out and tend to your child and then rejoin the workout when you are able.
Can I join in if I’m breastfeeding?
Yes. Wearing a good, supportive sports bra is a must and it would be advisable to try and feed your baby before the session.
I’m not sure if I’ll like it – is there anyway I can just try Buggy Workout first?
I’m sure you will love Buggy Workout as it is a fun and sociable way to exercise whilst getting some fresh air for you and your baby. However, if Buggy Workout really is not for you, then you can have a full refund after a deduction for the first session.
I’m a Dad! Can I join in too?
Of course. Buggy Workout is open to everyone who wants to get out and about with their baby and exercise and have fun. You probably won’t need the sports bra though!
